If unable to complete the online form, please contact Parking Services at 517-355-8440.

Valid through 8/31/2024. The active permit must be registered to you and properly affixed to your bike (or E-bike) before it may be considered valid.
MSU, City of Lansing, City of East Lansing and Meridian Township registrations (permits) are acceptable if current, valid, and adhered to the stationary frame-post below the seat.
Bikes may be impounded for being improperly parked, for not being registered, or if in inoperable condition. Additional details on impounded bikes can be found here.
Valid July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
There are two secure bike storage cages offered on campus, include Trowbridge Ramp/Lot 102 (by the Communication Arts and Sciences building) and Grand River Ramp/Lot 103 (by Olin Health Center/Grand River Ave). Once purchased, a permit will be mailed – your MSU ID will grant access to the secure area. The bike cage permit must be displayed once received. In addition to the cage permit, bicycles should also be registered and have a regular bike permit displayed.
Need to register your bike but can't locate the serial number? Check the seat tube, head tube, rear stay or the crank.
