Departments wishing to renew or purchase a gate card or AX vehicle permit to access gated lots can complete the form linked below. Gate access privileges must be renewed on an annual basis, expiring each year on June 30th. Each gate access card/permit is $60 for the year.
The form will require all gate card/AX permit numbers interested in renewal to be listed.
