Spring 2025 Move Out

Eligible Parking Based on Neighborhood

Designated areas will be eligible for active loading during move out from April 28, 2025 through May 3, 2025. Eligible locations are listed below, broken down by neighborhood and residence halls. All other lots not listed will be enforced as signed. If moving out of your residence outside of the time frame listed, normal posted restrictions will be enforced. Vehicles are not permitted to park along the road or on the grass, doing so will result in ticketing and/or being towed. Please contact Parking Services with questions.  

North Neighborhood

Mason/Abbot & Snyder/Phillips Halls

  • May park in lots 1, 9, and 18 for 20 minutes while loading. After 20 minute loading period, the vehicle must be moved to a pay-by-plate lot with payment submitted.

Campbell, Gilchrist, Landon, Mayo, Williams, & Yakeley Halls

  • May utilize signed loading zones and regular spaces in lot 5 for 20 minutes. After 20 minute loading period, the vehicle must be moved to a pay-by-plate area with payment submitted.

Brody Neighborhood

Armstrong, Bailey, Bryan, Butterfield, Emmons, & Rather Halls

  • May utilize signed loading zones in lot 65 for 20 minutes. After 20 minute loading period, the vehicle must be moved to a pay-by-plate area with payment submitted.
  • May park in lot 66/Kellogg Ramp 4 for 20 minutes for loading, but payment is required if staying longer.

South Neighborhood

Case Hall

  • May use the dorm loops in north and south lots 72 for 20 minutes while loading. After 20 minute loading period, the vehicle must be moved to a pay-by-plate area with payment submitted.
  • May park in lot 63 for 20 minutes for loading, but payment is required if staying longer.

  • May use the dorm loops (lots 304 & 305) for 20 minutes while loading. After 20 minute loading period, the vehicle must be moved to a pay-by-plate area with payment submitted.

  • May use the dorm loops (lots 302 & 303) for 20 minutes while loading. After 20 minute loading period, the vehicle must be moved to a pay-by-plate area with payment submitted.

  • May park in basement of Ramp 1/Lot 51 for 20 minutes for loading, but payment is required if staying longer.

Shaw Hall

  • May utilize signed loading zones in lots 35 and 36 for 20 minutes. After 20 minute loading period, the vehicle must be moved to a pay-by-plate area with payment submitted.
  • May park in basement of Ramp 1/Lot 51 for 20 minutes for loading, but payment is required if staying longer.

Akers & Hubbard Halls

  • May use the dorm loops (lots 306, 307, & 308) for 20 minutes while loading. After 20 minute loading period, the vehicle must be moved to a pay-by-plate area with payment submitted.
  • May park in lot 29 for 20 minutes for loading, but payment is required if staying longer.
